To attend the congress fill
in the registration form and return it to the
Organizing Secretariat. Each delegate must fill
in a separate form. Photocopy for additionnal.
Registration forms will be accepted by post and
fax, or online registration through the Congress
Website:
Registration,
accompanied by a copy of the payment receipt.
No registration will be confirmed until payment
is received.
Payment can be made by the following methods:

Cancellation should be notified
in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellation
received:
• before August
15th, deposit refund
• after August
15th, deposit refund less 50€
