Abstract

The final session of GLOW II on July 21, 2000 was a discussion of general key issues for sustainability of the Great Lakes among an audience with tremendous collective and relevant experience. The session presented four questions for discussion. A thematic question at GLOW II was whether or not the sustainability of Great Lakes is a scientifically sound and practical concept. The discussion was lively and it's reporting has necessitated editing, for which the responsibility lies completely with the editors and bears no reflection on strength of opinions.
